FECA, which means Federation of Colleges Ex-Students Christian Association, comes with a well stipulated constitution.
A constitution, as defined by Wkipedia, is "...an aggregate of fundamental principles or established precedents that constitute the legal basis of a polity, organisation or other type of entity and commonly determine how that entity is to be governed."
The constitution of FECA is very clear and it states all that must be done in the organization, and how things are to be run in the organizatrion.
