Passion is a very strong and deep sense of feeling, emotion and force that drives you toward a particular need, goal, someone or a group of people. But let's not just define what passion is, let me tell you about my life story and how I found purpose. 

I discovered my purpose in life early. This did not however, prevent some certain things from happening to me that tried to prevent my purpose from seeing the light of day. I couldn't tell you what I was passionate about if you were to ask me in the previous five years. Why? This is due to the fact that I knew very little and I had little experience as well. 

You must realize that to discover your purpose, it is going to take a process; you will not grasp everything at once. But be assured that many things would become clearer once you discover your purpose in this life, but other things would not until you have experienced some things, with time. Take it one day at a time and be patient.  The objective should be to truly live, and to do just that, you must allow time and chance to take their course while you do your part. 

 

What's your part? you may ask. Your part is to serve! Serve God, serve people around you! Don't stop serving, because it is in service that your purpose becomes clearer to you. You can meet people that will change your life forever in the course of service. 

I have served in many voluntary organizations almost all the time of my life and I am still serving! I have met destiny helpers, met close friends and built my connection. But most importantly, I have been able to see my passion and purpose in a much clearer light. 

My passion is linked to past experiences of my life. I had many battles of the mind, which assuming they were not addressed at that early age, I would have become a completely different person today. I overcame all those things with the assistance of God and some important people in my life. So based on this, I can say that my life passion is to help young people who are going through something similar or worse, and see that they overcome. 

I can also state that I am passionate about young people because these mind battles are predominantly in them, and when they are not properly tackled, can affect the next phase of their lives. This prompted me to speak, which has become a very important tool I use in properly communicating to these young people. I am also a passionate writer., which is like a power to me.

What makes passion so powerful is that each time you remember an experience, your whole being burns up again and again, and you immediately realize that that is your "Why".  Passion energizes you to keep pushing to keep doing more, because it fuels your sense of living.
