Two years ago, FECA Nigeria introduced its 2022-2024 national leadership team—a group that left a remarkable footprint in the history of the organization. Today, history repeats itself, but with fresh energy, as FECA ushers in a brand-new set of leaders who will steer the association through 2024–2026. This transition is more than just a change of office; it is a continuation of FECA’s divine mandate—raising Kingdom Giants with Kingdom Mandates, equipped to transform their world and illuminate their communities with the light of Christ.

For decades, the Federation of Colleges’ Ex-Students Christian Association (FECA) has stood as a breeding ground for Christian leaders. Its vision is anchored on the principle of servant leadership, modeled after Jesus Himself. Through humility, mentorship, and a deep commitment to spiritual growth, FECA nurtures men and women who not only serve the church but also influence society positively. The immediate past leaders, Comr. Nlemedim Stephen and Maryann Anorue, embodied this vision with excellence. Their collaborative and Christlike style of leadership set a high bar for others to follow, leaving behind a legacy of faith and impact.

What makes FECA leadership unique is its deep foundation in discipleship and community building. It’s not just about holding a position—it’s about service, outreach, and vision-driven leadership. Leaders in FECA are tasked with addressing real challenges while remaining true to integrity and biblical standards. This unshakable commitment ensures that FECA continues to be a beacon of hope, guiding young Christians to stand as agents of change in their schools, communities, and workplaces.

One of FECA’s greatest strengths is its structured leadership system  which rotates every two years at the national, regional, and zonal levels. This ensures a steady flow of fresh ideas and perspectives while maintaining continuity. Each new set of leaders inherits not only responsibility but also opportunity—the opportunity to innovate, inspire, and impact lives across Nigeria and beyond.

During the recently concluded 15th National Convention in Abuja, the following individuals were elected as the new national executives for the 2024–2026 tenure:

Together, this dynamic team is entrusted with the responsibility of championing discipleship, revival, and organizational growth. They are expected to inspire a culture of mentorship, guide younger members into leadership, and ensure that FECA remains relevant in tackling the spiritual and social issues of today’s generation.
